Refund policy

Change of Mind 

Refunds are only available for unused, unopened, and in-the-same-condition goods. Ensure that it is in its original packaging. We will not accept items that have been re-sealed. 

A valid Cartridge Planet invoice number is required to complete your return. The refund policy does not apply to items not purchased from Cartridge Planet. We cannot offer you a refund after 90 days if you have changed your mind.

You are responsible for paying Cartridge Planet's freight charges. Make sure the goods are tracked and insured. Refunds will not be processed until the item is received. 

Any shipping fee already paid to Cartridge Planet is non-refundable.

All change of mind returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. This will be deducted from the total value of the approved return.

Please contact shop@cartridgeplanet.com.au with the below information so we can provide you with the return address:

  1. Invoice number
  2. A list of all the cartridges you would like to return
  3. Acknowledgement that you understand the above terms for change of mind returns. 

Approved returns must be received by us within 14 days. 

Faulty Items

Please do not dispose of the faulty item. We will not be able to offer a replacement or refund if you are no longer in possession of the faulty good(s). 

If you have encountered a problem, please send the following items to shop@cartridgeplanet.com.au: 

  1. A description of the problem you’re having. We recommend attaching photos or sample pages. All genuine item(s) must have supporting photos or sample pages.
  2. A printer report or photo showing the remaining life or percentage of the item.
  3. Your printer model number.
  4. Your invoice number.

Our support team will help you diagnose the issue. If we’re unable to resolve the issue, then we’re happy to arrange a refund or replacement. You will be provided instructions on how to return the faulty item back to us. 

Please note the following 

  • The warranty is limited to the cost of the goods only, as stated on your invoice, and is the amount you actually paid us for the goods. There are no implied warranties beyond what is stated here.

  • Goods must not be refilled or tampered with in any way.

  • Goods must still be over 35% full.

  • Goods must not be expired. 

  • Genuine goods will be returned to the manufacturer for verification. A refund or replacement will be offered once we have received confirmation from the manufacturer that the item is faulty. 

  • Any shipping fee already paid to Cartridge Planet is non-refundable.
